The Bloom Project: Laying the Foundation

Before SF Industries expanded into multiple industries, there was The Bloom Project—a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to mentoring young entrepreneurs and providing them with the knowledge, tools, and support to turn their visions into reality. Recognizing that success isn’t just about building businesses but about building people, The Bloom Project became the foundation for what came next. Through hands-on education in business, leadership, and trade industries, mentees gained the skills to create and run their own companies. As a result, several young entrepreneurs pioneered and grew businesses that would later become integral to SF Industries, including BINSR Buddies and Lister Pro.

BINSR Buddies: Solutions Born from Innovation

One of the first businesses to emerge from The Bloom Project was BINSR Buddies. Young entrepreneurs identified a major inefficiency in the real estate industry—home inspectors and contractors operated separately, leaving realtors and homeowners scrambling to get post-inspection repairs completed on time. BINSR Buddies bridged this gap, creating a seamless, efficient repair process that took the stress out of real estate transactions. What started as a small service quickly became the industry standard, redefining how real estate professionals handle BINSR reports and repairs nationwide.

ListerPro: Revolutionizing the Real Estate Industry

With experience in real estate repair services, another group of entrepreneurs saw an opportunity to improve the property listing process. This led to the development of Lister Pro, a one-stop solution for realtors in need of high-quality photography, staging, marketing, and listing support. Still in development, Lister Pro is set to disrupt the industry the same way BINSR Buddies did—by delivering unmatched efficiency, reliability, and innovation to real estate professionals.
